At Laurel Mountain Labrdoodles we strongly believe that a strong healthy immune system is one of the biggest defenses in achieving and maintaining optimal health, even though the role of genetics is the biggest factor
We prefer to raise our dogs in a more natural environment buy exposing our labradoodles to the least amount of chemical assault to them as possible, limiting vaccines, and feeding a natural raw diet.

Vaccines
2006  Rabies Challenge Fund/Study One of the world's leading authorities on veterinary vaccines, Dr. Ronald Schultz of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine, will be conducting the rabies challenge studies.  Dr. Schultz has been performing challenge studies on canine vaccines since the mid-1970's, and his data formed the scientific base for the American Animal Hospital Association's 2003 Canine Vaccine Guidelines.   This study is being conducted to show just how long the Rabies vaccine is protective which is suspect to last longer than 3 years. Given that the Rabies Vaccine is the one vaccine that is mandatory by law, the results of the study hopefully will be another step in the fight against over-vaccinating our animals.
Make a Tax-Free contribution to the Fund today!

All Sizes of Poodles are included, especially the Standards

What is Titer Testing? Testing a dog’s serum antibody titers can prevent overvaccinating
